Oconomowoc, WI – ORBIS Corporation, a manufacturer of sustainable reusable packaging and an expert in supply chain optimization, will be at the Reusable Packaging Pavilion at the PackExpo International Expo in Las Vegas to showcase four recently released products/services that offer stark benefits – including the Stack’R Pallet, BulkPak HDMC 4845, Grocery Pallet and ORBIS’ asset tracking capabilities.
Continuing the mission of ORBIS Corporation of offering the best products for environmental sustainability in packaging and logistics, the plastic reusable 40.0” x 48.0” x 5.9” Stack’R is 100 percent recyclable and has been manufactured to stand up to a wide-range of temperatures and the harsh environments the pallet may meet when passing through the logistics chain serving the food, pharmaceutical, consumer goods and the agricultural industries. It is available in FDA approved material and its hygienic design is ideal for all types of food and beverage applications.
The all-plastic 40 x 48 Grocery Distribution Pallet is specially engineered as a nestable pallet with a nest ratio that optimizes space in standard 53’ trailers. It is designed to efficiently store, ship and handle product throughout the grocery supply chain. Its anti-skid surface holds cases and boxes in place in transit and at retail locations. The reusable Grocery Pallet has contoured corners and smooth surfaces to allow for easy handling and long-lasting durability.
The HDMC BulkPak is designed with a simple purpose – to safely and securely create more usable shipping space for customers’ goods by lowering the weight of containers and the space they take up. With BulkPak, customers maximize truck space and obtain a greater value for their standard transportation costs per bin. The collapsible HDMC4845 has been engineered to offer 10% more internal cubic capacity and to stack in a way that frees up additional space in a standard 53’ shipping trailer.
