International Contract Molding Adds Milk Crates

CHARLOTTE, NC, May 2014 – International Contract Molding, LLC (ICM) expands its reusable packaging portfolio by adding a 16 quart milk crate mold to their toolbox. ICM is excited to provide quality milk crates to the dairy industry. ICM’s milk crate is injection molded using high density polyethylene (HDPE). The crate is designed for durability, easy cleaning and is built to allow for optimal air flow and temperature consistency. Its open grid design provides excellent product visibility and minimizes debris.

ICM’s milk crate is universally compatible with all standard 16 quart milk crate designs. It has a smooth interior surface with a recessed bottom to help prevent bottle damage. It has been designed to be composed of up to 100% recyclable material.  FDA approved materials are also available.

ICM provides a variety of colors and customization options as well. Crates have a wide, flat brand panel that can be hot stamped or include a full color resin-based graphic. Upon request, sequential serial numbers and RFID and/or barcode options are available. The mold will run on their 1200 ton injection mold press.
